Our offers are only valid within the limits of available stocks. Stock-outs can not in any way engage the responsibility of our company.
3 . Price
The mentioned prices are valid at the time of consultation by the client. Prices charged are those in effect at time of ordering .
4 . Confirmation of the order
In the case of payment by transfer , your order will be processed upon receipt of payment on our bank account. For credit cards , your order will be permanently recorded when the payment centers we have signaled their agreement . In case of refusal , the order will be canceled . The shipping time of order only starts when AB ZAV is ensured compliance of payment.
5 . Shipping & Speeds
Delivery of the package(s) will be delivered to the address you have given us with your order or the issuance of a notice of availability in your absence.
In case of extreme delay please contact us so that we can find a solution to the problem.
Despite all our efforts to respectively ensure the delivery by our carrier , any delay in delivery do not assume the responsibility of AB ZAV .
6 . Guarantees
The warranty does not cover normal wear parts beyond one year.
Store purchase: AB ZAV guarantees its products for a period of 1 year (commercial warranty ) 2 years ( legal warranty ) from the date of purchase , keep your receipt , it acts as warranty proof.
Online shopping : AB ZAV guarantees its products for a period of 1 year (commercial warranty ) 2 years ( legal warranty ) from the day following the date of delivery , keep your order numbers , it serves as warranty proof.
The warranty is strictly limited to the original purchaser ( in case of resale warranty stops )
The warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective original components . Any opening or changing in any way possible will lead to the withdrawal of warranty. The warranty excludes misuse of the product ( damage from accident, lack of supervision or maintenance ) .
It is to the customer to keep packaging accessories supplied with the product and any affixed to the product or its packaging labels, which are necessary to qualify the warranty.
In case we could not repair or replace your item, we will take into account the actual use you have had with since its purchase, to carry out a refund.
Depending on the product and date of purchase, repair will be performed either by AB ZAV or by the supplier directly . In case of return of non-defective material proving , transport costs , handling and testing will be charged to the customer .
In case of non-defective equipment a rate of €40 VATexcl. plus postage will be asked for miscellaneous expenses .
Disassembly, intervention in the electrical and mechanical systems result in a cancelation of the warranty, replica exchange and billing rehabilitation .
Transshipment costs ( no shipping for replicas ) and return will be at our expense.
When repair or replacement is made, the warranty period is suspended for the duration of the repair / replacement and then restarts normally.
The Law also limits the sanctions against the seller of a defective product. The buyer can not invoke the cancellation of the sale lightly due of insignificant defects. We must first consider whether repair or replacement is possible. It is only if these solutions entail disproportionate costs that the resolution of the sale or price reduction may be requested.
Moreover, the resolution can not be claimed in case of insignificant compliance.

8 . Legislation

Online shopping : You have a period of 14 calendar days from the day following the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. The cost of returning the remaining goods at our expense . However incomplete product, used, worn , soiled or damaged are not recovered . It is to the customer to keep packaging accessories supplied with the product and any affixed to the product or its packaging labels. As with any other return of goods, the customer must first obtain a return authorization number from AB ZAV .
10 . After Sales Service
AB ZAV will communicate a repair estimate . You only pay after the repair. No repairs will be made without your agreement accepting the amount of compensation .
11. Private life
On the basis of the law protection personal data and privacy, you have the access to correct your data or to choose to not to be included in our files by mention this in an e-mail.
