No return will be accepted without prior approval from us.
Method:
1- Go to your account
2- History and details of my orders
3- Details of your order
4- Select the product(s) you want to return State the reason for the return Generate the return
5- Returned products
6- Status of return
7- We check your request and change the status of your request as soon as possible
8- Status: Pending package> you can download the return label
9- Print the document and place it in your package with your product(s)
10- Upon receipt of your package we modify the status of your return
11- We check the product(s) and if they meet the requirements send back conditions, we will refund your product(s) and the status change in completed return
11Bis- If they don’t meet the requirements send back conditions, the status will change in return denied
12- We will contact you by phone or mail to explain the reason for our refusal Depending on your problem we will try to find a solution to the problem together
